Not to be confused with Pre-school nurseries, Day care Nurseries provide care for children from 3 months right up to primary school age.  They are more designed for working parents and usually open early in the morning and stay open later in the evening.  Charges can be anything from £40 upwards per day.  There are strict guidelines on the ratio of children to care workers depending on age.  Day Care Nurseries fall under the Ofsted regulations and guidelines.  Ofsted reports can be reviewed for specific nurseries under www.ofsted.co.uk.  We have not been able to visit or rate the day care nurseries in Farnham - but please find below a basic listing of those in the area.
